AN ACT relating to COVID-19 vaccine requirements of minors. 1
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: 2
ď˘SECTION 1. A NEW SECTION OF KRS CHAPTER 214 IS CREATED TO 3
READ AS FOLLOWS: 4
Notwithstanding KRS 158.035, 214.010, 214.020, 214.032 to 214.036, and 214.990, the 5
state, any political subdivision of the state, or any governmental entity shall not require 6
or coerce in any manner any child to receive a vaccination for COVID-19 or any 7
mutated strain of the COVID-19 virus. 8
