AN ACT relating to recyclers. 1
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: 2
ď˘SECTION 1. A NEW SECTION OF SUBCHAPTER 1 OF KRS CHAPTER 3
224 IS CREATED TO READ AS FOLLOWS: 4
(1) As used in this section, "recycling facility" means a facility that engages in 5
recycling as defined in 224.1-010. 6
(2) Within seven (7) days of issuing a notice of violation to a recycling facility for 7
violation of this chapter or any administrative regulation promulgated thereto, 8
the cabinet shall send a copy of the notice of the violation to the chief executive 9
officer of the local government where the facility is located. 10
