AN ACT relating to crimes and punishments. 1
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: 2
ď˘SECTION 1. A NEW SECTION OF KRS CHAPTER 510 IS CREATED TO 3
READ AS FOLLOWS: 4
(1) It shall be unlawful for any person to travel into the Commonwealth from 5
another jurisdiction with the intent to engage in any activity in violation of KRS 6
510.040, 510.050, 510.060, 510.070, 510.080, 510.090, 510.110, 529.100 where 7
that offense involves commercial sexual activity, or KRS 530.064(1)(a), or KRS 8
Chapter 531. 9
(2) A person shall be not convicted of an offense under this section and an offense 10
specified in KRS 506.010, 506.030, 506.040, or 506.080 for a single course of 11
conduct intended to consummate in the commission of the same offense with the 12
person. 13
(3) A violation of this section is a Class D felony. 14
