AN ACT relating to waiver programs. 1
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: 2
ď˘SECTION 1. A NEW SECTION OF KRS CHAPTER 205 IS CREATED TO 3
READ AS FOLLOWS: 4
The Cabinet for Health and Family Services shall ensure that the home and 5
community-based waiver programs provide for: 6
(1) Attendant care or nonskilled in-home care services across all waiver programs 7
without disparity; and 8
(2) Skilled nursing visits for adult day health care and home health care providers 9
and promulgate administrative regulations in accordance with KRS Chapter 13A 10
to identify specific criteria to be met. 11
