AN ACT relating to abortion-inducing drugs. 1
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: 2
ď˘Section 1. KRS 216B.210 is amended to read as follows: 3
(1) The cabinet shall develop a complaint portal on its website[Web site] for patients, 4
pharmacy, nursing, and medical professionals, and the public to submit information 5
about potential violations of the Kentucky Abortion-Inducing Drug Certification 6
Program. 7
(2) The portal shall list the names of pharmacies, manufacturers, and distributors that 8
are certified under the program and the physicians registered by the cabinet as 9
nonsurgical abortion providers. 10
(3) An individual shall be allowed to make a complaint anonymously on the portal. 11
(4) The cabinet shall review each complaint and determine a disposition, including 12
referral to the Office of the Attorney General or any other[another] state 13
department, within thirty (30) days. 14
(5) Confidentiality of the originator of the complaint shall be protected at all times 15
except for intrastate referrals for investigation. 16
