AN ACT relating to fire protection districts. 1
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: 2
ď˘Section 1. KRS 75.260 is amended to read as follows: 3
(1) The board may fix the respective salaries of its members on a per meeting basis not 4
to exceed one hundred fifty dollars ($150)[twenty-five dollars ($25)] per meeting 5
and not to exceed one (1) meeting per month. 6
(2) The board shall meet at least once a month at a time and place designated by the 7
board and all meetings, except executive meetings, shall be open to the public. 8
