Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: 2
ď˘SECTION 1. A NEW SECTION OF KRS CHAPTER 214 IS CREATED TO 3
READ AS FOLLOWS: 4
Any COVID-19 vaccine, modified ribonucleic acid (modRNA) vaccine, or messenger 5
ribonucleic acid (mRNA) vaccine shall not be required for any individual for the 6
purposes of student enrollment, employment, or medical treatment in the 7
Commonwealth. 8
