Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: 2
ď˘Section 1. KRS 131.131 is amended to read as follows: 3
Notwithstanding KRS 13A.110, the department[ of Revenue] shall publish tax forms and 4
instructions to those forms without promulgation of an administrative regulation. 5
