Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: 2
ď˘SECTION 1. A NEW SECTION OF KRS CHAPTER 65 IS CREATED TO 3
READ AS FOLLOWS: 4
A city, county, charter county government, urban-county government, consolidated 5
local government, or unified local government shall not adopt or enforce any 6
ordinance relating to landlord or tenant laws that is in conflict with any law of this 7
Commonwealth. 8
