A RESOLUTION confirming the appointment of Phillipe W. Rich as an 1
administrative law judge in the Department of Workers' Claims. 2
WHEREAS, on September 19, 2023, in accordance with KRS 342.230 and by 3
virtue of Executive Order 2023-591, Governor Andy Beshear appointed Phillipe W. Rich 4
as an administrative law judge in the Department of Workers' Claims to replace John 5
McCracken for a term expiring December 31, 2027; and 6
WHEREAS, the appointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 7
WHEREAS, Phillipe W. Rich has been determined to meet the requirements of 8
KRS 342.230; 9
NOW, THEREFORE, 10
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 11
Kentucky: 12
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the appointment of Phillipe W. Rich as 13
an administrative law judge in the Department of Workers' Claims. 14
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 15
notification of its adoption to Phillipe W. Rich of Louisville, Jefferson County, Kentucky 16
and to Governor Andy Beshear, Room 100, State Capitol, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601. 17
