A RESOLUTION confirming the reappointment of Scott M. Miller as a member of 1
the Kentucky Workers' Compensation Board. 2
WHEREAS, on October 20, 2023, in accordance with KRS 342.215 and by virtue 3
of Executive Order 2023-669, Governor Andy Beshear reappointed Scott M. Miller as a 4
member of the Kentucky Workers' Compensation Board for a term expiring January 4, 5
2028; and 6
WHEREAS, the reappointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 7
WHEREAS, Scott M. Miller has been determined to meet the requirements of KRS 8
342.215; 9
NOW, THEREFORE, 10
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 11
Kentucky: 12
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the reappointment of Scott M. Miller as 13
a member of the Kentucky Workers' Compensation Board. 14
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 15
notification of adoption to Scott M. Miller of Louisville, Jefferson County, Kentucky, and 16
to Governor Andy Beshear, Room 100, State Capitol, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601. 17
