A RESOLUTION confirming the reappointment of Tony Colyer to the Board of 1
Tax Appeals. 2
WHEREAS, on June 22, 2023, in accordance with KRS 49.020 and by virtue of 3
Executive Order 2023-348, Governor Andy Beshear reappointed Tony Colyer to the 4
Board of Tax Appeals for a term expiring on June 29, 2027; and 5
WHEREAS, the reappointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 6
WHEREAS, Tony Colyer has been determined to meet the requirements of KRS 7
49.020; 8
NOW, THEREFORE, 9
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 10
Kentucky: 11
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the reappointment of Tony Colyer to the 12
Board of Tax Appeals. 13
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 14
notification of its adoption to Tony Colyer, Louisville, Jefferson County, Kentucky and 15
to Governor Andy Beshear, State Capitol, Room 100, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601. 16
