A RESOLUTION confirming the reappointment of Christopher John Fryer to the 1
Education Professional Standards Board. 2
WHEREAS, on October 19, 2023, in accordance with KRS 161.028 and by virtue 3
of Executive Order 2023-650, Governor Andy Beshear reappointed Christopher John 4
Fryer to the Education Professional Standards Board for a term expiring June 30, 2026; 5
and 6
WHEREAS, the reappointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 7
WHEREAS, Christopher John Fryer has been determined to meet the requirements 8
of KRS 161.028, representing high school teachers; 9
NOW, THEREFORE, 10
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 11
Kentucky: 12
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the reappointment of Christopher John 13
Fryer to the Education Professional Standards Board. 14
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 15
notification of its adoption to Christopher John Fryer of Independence, Kenton County, 16
Kentucky, and to Governor Andy Beshear, State Capitol, Room 100, Frankfort, Kentucky 17
