A RESOLUTION confirming the appointment of Jennifer Harpe-Bates to the Board 1
of Nursing. 2
WHEREAS, on October 31, 2023, in accordance with KRS 314.121 and by virtue 3
of Executive Order 2023-675, Governor Andy Beshear appointed Jennifer Harpe-Bates to 4
the Board of Nursing for a term expiring June 30, 2027; and 5
WHEREAS, the appointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 6
WHEREAS, Jennifer-Harpe-Bates has been determined to meet the requirements of 7
KRS 314.121, representing nurse anesthetists; 8
NOW, THEREFORE, 9
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 10
Kentucky: 11
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the appointment of Jennifer Harpe-Bates 12
to the Board of Nursing. 13
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 14
notification of its adoption to Jennifer Harpe-Bates of Louisville, Jefferson County, 15
Kentucky, and to Governor Andy Beshear, State Capitol, Room 100, Frankfort, Kentucky 16
