A RESOLUTION confirming the appointment of Michael Eaves to the Personnel 1
Board. 2
WHEREAS, on September 25, 2023, in accordance with KRS 18A.050 and by 3
virtue of Executive Order 2023-571, Governor Andy Beshear appointed Michael Eaves to 4
the Personnel Board for a term expiring January 1, 2025, to replace McKinnley Morgan; 5
and 6
WHEREAS, the appointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 7
WHEREAS, Michael Eaves has been determined to meet the requirements of KRS 8
18A.050; 9
NOW, THEREFORE, 10
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 11
Kentucky: 12
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the appointment of Michael Eaves to the 13
Personnel Board. 14
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 15
notification of its adoption to Michael Eaves of Richmond, Madison County, Kentucky, 16
and to Governor Andy Beshear, State Capitol, Room 100, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601. 17
