A RESOLUTION confirming the appointment of Gary Greene to the Fish and 1
Wildlife Resources Commission. 2
WHEREAS, on January 8, 2024, in accordance with KRS 150.022 and by virtue of 3
Executive Order 2024-023, Governor Andy Beshear appointed Gary Greene to the Fish 4
and Wildlife Resources Commission to replace Jerry Ravenscraft for a term expiring 5
December 31, 2026; and 6
WHEREAS, the appointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 7
WHEREAS, Gary Greene has been determined to meet the requirements of KRS 8
150.022, representing the Eighth Commission District; and 9
NOW, THEREFORE, 10
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 11
Kentucky: 12
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the appointment of Gary Greene to the 13
Fish and Wildlife Resources Commission. 14
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 15
notification of its adoption to Gary Greene of Greenup, Greenup County, Kentucky, and 16
to Governor Andy Beshear, State Capitol, Suite 100, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601. 17
