A RESOLUTION confirming the reappointment of Dan Flanagan to the Kentucky 1
Agricultural Finance Corporation Board of Directors. 2
WHEREAS, on August 14, 2023, in accordance with KRS 247.944 and by virtue of 3
Executive Order 2023-003, Commissioner Ryan F. Quarles reappointed Dan Flanagan to 4
the Kentucky Agricultural Finance Corporation Board of Directors, for a term expiring 5
June 26, 2027. 6
WHEREAS, the reappointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 7
WHEREAS, Dan Flanagan has been determined to meet the requirements of KRS 8
247.944, representing tobacco farmers; 9
NOW, THEREFORE, 10
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 11
Kentucky: 12
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the reappointment of Dan Flanagan to 13
the Kentucky Agricultural Finance Corporation Board of Directors. 14
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 15
notification of its adoption to Dan Flanagan of Campbellsville, Taylor County, Kentucky, 16
and to Commissioner Jonathan Shell, Corporate Drive Complex, Frankfort, Kentucky 17
