A RESOLUTION honoring Superintendent Jeff Aulick of Bracken County Schools 1
on the occasion of his retirement. 2
WHEREAS, Jeff Aulick has 31 years of education experience, having served as the 3
Superintendent of Bracken County Schools for 12 of those years, from 2012 to 2024; and 4
WHEREAS, Jeff Aulick earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the 5
Kentucky Christian College, a Master of Science degree in Education and Rank 1 6
Certification from Northern Kentucky University, and a Superintendent License and 7
Director of Pupil Personnel License from Xavier University; and 8
WHEREAS, prior to his current role, Jeff Aulick was employed for 19 years in 9
Pendleton County Schools as a teacher, assistant principal, principal, and Executive 10
Director of Pupil Personnel/Support Services. He also served on the Pendleton County 11
Recreation Board of Directors, the Juvenile Crime Task Force Committee, Pendleton 12
County Athletic Park Board of Directors, the District Facility Planning Commission, the 13
4-H Extension Council, the Pendleton County Fair Board, the Pendleton County 14
Chamber of Commerce, the Gateway Project's Community Education Initiative, and as 15
Chairperson of the Visions 2015 Family Engagement; and 16
WHEREAS, under the leadership of Jeff Aulick, Bracken County Schools has 17
embraced a student-centered approach that promotes "Every Student Every Day" and 18
prioritizes a challenging academic environment which recognizes students as diverse 19
individuals expected to achieve at proficient and distinguished levels; and 20
WHEREAS, during his tenure as superintendent, Jeff Aulick has served the needs 21
of his school district by driving school buses, assisting with school maintenance, working 22
as a substitute teacher, and playing a critical role in the district's student health clinic; and 23
WHEREAS, Jeff Aulick has proudly supported the efforts of numerous Future 24
Business Leaders of America; Future Farmers of America; and Family, Career and 25
Community Leaders of America regional and state officers, award winners, and advisers 26

WHEREAS, Jeff Aulick is a distinguished member of the Northern Kentucky 1
Cooperative for Educational Services Board of Directors and has worked with a variety 2
of organizations that support the welfare of children, including KASA; and 3
WHEREAS, Jeff Aulick is a Kentucky Colonel whose excellence has been 4
recognized and awarded by the Future Farmers of America; the Family, Career and 5
Community Leaders of America; and the Bracken County Chamber of Commerce, the 6
latter of which named Jeff Aulick the Community Impact Awards 2024 Educator of the 7
Year; and 8
WHEREAS, Jeff Aulick's compassion and dedication to students has been lauded 9
by the members of the Bracken County Board of Education and is now commended by 10
the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth; 11
NOW, THEREFORE, 12
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 13
Kentucky: 14
Section 1. The members of the Senate hereby honor Superintendent Jeff Aulick 15
upon the occasion of his retirement from Bracken County Schools and commend his 16
compassion and dedication to the students of Bracken County. 17
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate is directed to transmit a copy of this 18
Resolution to Senator Shelley Funke Frommeyer for delivery to Superintendent Jeff 19
Aulick. 20
