AN ACT relating to executive orders and declaring an emergency. 1
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: 2
Section 1. Notwithstanding any state law or administrative regulation to the 3
contrary, Executive Order 2024-632, prohibiting state and federal funds to be used for the 4
practice of conversion therapy, shall not be valid as of the effective date of this Act. 5
Section 2. Whereas the General Assembly seeks to protect the rights of all 6
Kentuckians, an emergency is declared to exist, and this Act takes effect upon its passage 7
and approval by the Governor or upon its otherwise becoming a law. 8
