Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: 2
ď˘Section 1. KRS 65.188 is amended to read as follows: 3
The fiscal courts or legislative bodies of two (2) or more counties may create a taxing 4
district that includes the area of two (2) or more counties by following the procedures of 5
KRS 65.182 to 65.190. 6
