A RESOLUTION confirming the appointment of William Crawford to the Board of 1
Trustees of the Teachers' Retirement System. 2
WHEREAS, on October 9, 2024, in accordance with KRS 161.250 and by virtue of 3
Executive Order 2024-675, Governor Andy Beshear appointed William Crawford to the 4
Board of Trustees of the Teachers' Retirement System to replace John Boardman for a 5
term expiring March 10, 2025; and 6
WHEREAS, the appointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 7
WHEREAS, William Crawford has been determined to meet the requirements of 8
KRS 161.250(1)(b)3.; 9
NOW, THEREFORE, 10
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 11
Kentucky: 12
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the appointment of William Crawford to 13
the Board of Trustees of the Teachers' Retirement System. 14
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 15
notification of its adoption to William Crawford, of Louisville, Jefferson County, 16
Kentucky, and to Governor Andy Beshear, State Capitol, Room 100, Frankfort, Kentucky 17
