A RESOLUTION in honor and loving memory of Kyler Alan Heath. 1
WHEREAS, Kyler Alan Heath was born on January 22, 2003, in Mayfield, 2
Kentucky, to Josh and Ashley Heath; and 3
WHEREAS, from a young age, Kyler had a boundless love for the great outdoors 4
and a passion for hunting and fishing with his father, riding four-wheelers with friends, 5
and playing football; and 6
WHEREAS, Kyler Alan Heath loved working with his father for the family 7
business, where he excelled in his role in the business's construction division; and 8
WHEREAS, Kyler Alan Heath was a friend to many and loved by all. Kyler 9
departed this earthly life far too soon on November 16, 2024. He was preceded in death 10
by his grandfather, Robert Knight, and his uncle Jeffery Bledsoe; and 11
WHEREAS, Kyler Alan Heath will be profoundly missed by his parents, Josh and 12
Ashley Heath and Lyndsey Heath; his siblings, Payton Taylor, Gavin Driscoll, and 13
Cambrey Driscoll; his loving grandparents, Deena "Granny" and Ronnie "Grandad" 14
Heath, and Darren and Amanda Isbell; his uncles, Matt Heath, TJ (Jana) Grooms, and 15
Patrick Grooms; his aunts, Abby (Brandon) Raye, Karlie (Kyle) Balliet, Brooke Grooms, 16
Trista Bledsoe, Jessica Moreland, and Jamie McCuiston; as well as countless family and 17
friends; 18
NOW, THEREFORE, 19
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 20
Kentucky: 21
Section 1. The Senate hereby expresses its most profound sympathy upon the 22
passing of Kyler Alan Heath. 23
Section 2. When the Senate adjourns this day, it does so in honor and loving 24
memory of Kyler Alan Heath. 25
Section 3. The Clerk of the Senate is directed to transmit a copy of this 26
Resolution to Senator Jason Howell for delivery to the family. 27
