A RESOLUTION confirming the appointment of Hannah Miner Myers to the 1
University of Kentucky Board of Trustees. 2
WHEREAS, on August 8, 2024, in accordance with KRS 164.131 and by virtue of 3
Executive Order 2024-544, Governor Andy Beshear appointed Hannah Miner Myers to 4
the University of Kentucky Board of Trustees to replace Rachel Webb for a term expiring 5
August 7, 2030; and 6
WHEREAS, the appointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 7
WHEREAS, Hannah Miner Myers has been determined to meet the requirements of 8
KRS 164.131; 9
NOW, THEREFORE, 10
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 11
Kentucky: 12
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the appointment of Hannah Miner 13
Myers to the University of Kentucky Board of Trustees. 14
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 15
notification of its adoption to Hannah Miner Myers of Madisonville, Hopkins County, 16
Kentucky, and to Governor Andy Beshear, State Capitol, Room 100, Frankfort, Kentucky 17
