A RESOLUTION confirming the reappointment of Mitchel B. Denham Jr. to the 1
Kentucky Housing Corporation Board of Directors. 2
WHEREAS, on December 13, 2024, in accordance with KRS 198A.030 and by 3
virtue of Executive Order 2024-834, Governor Andy Beshear reappointed Mitchel B. 4
Denham Jr. to the Kentucky Housing Corporation Board of Directors for a term expiring 5
October 29, 2028; and 6
WHEREAS, the reappointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 7
WHEREAS, Mitchel B. Denham Jr. has been determined to meet the requirements 8
of KRS 198A.030, representing a professional with experience in auditing, financial 9
accounting, municipal bond financing, or investment banking; 10
NOW, THEREFORE, 11
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 12
Kentucky: 13
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the reappointment of Mitchel B. 14
Denham Jr. to the Kentucky Housing Corporation Board of Directors. 15
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 16
notification of its adoption to Mitchel B. Denham Jr. of Maysville, Mason County, 17
Kentucky, and to Governor Andy Beshear, State Capitol, Room 100, Frankfort, Kentucky 18
