A RESOLUTION confirming the reappointment of Porter G. Peeples to the 1
Kentucky Housing Corporation Board of Directors. 2
WHEREAS, on December 13, 2024, in accordance with KRS 198A.030 and by 3
virtue of Executive Order 2024-834, Governor Andy Beshear reappointed Porter G. 4
Peeples to the Kentucky Housing Corporation Board of Directors for a term expiring 5
October 29, 2028; and 6
WHEREAS, the reappointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 7
WHEREAS, Porter G. Peeples has been determined to meet the requirements of 8
KRS 198A.030; 9
NOW, THEREFORE, 10
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 11
Kentucky: 12
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the reappointment of Porter G. Peeples 13
to the Kentucky Housing Corporation Board of Directors. 14
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 15
notification of its adoption to Porter G. Peeples of Lexington, Fayette County, Kentucky, 16
and to Governor Andy Beshear, State Capitol, Room 100, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601. 17
