A RESOLUTION confirming the appointment of William Jones to the Kentucky 1
Housing Corporation Board of Directors. 2
WHEREAS, on December 13, 2024, in accordance with KRS 198A.030 and by 3
virtue of Executive Order 2024-834, Governor Andy Beshear appointed William Jones to 4
the Kentucky Housing Corporation Board of Directors for a term expiring December 11, 5
2028; and 6
WHEREAS, the appointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 7
WHEREAS, William Jones has been determined to meet the requirements of KRS 8
198A.030, representing the interests of financial lending institutions; 9
NOW, THEREFORE, 10
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 11
Kentucky: 12
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the appointment of William Jones to the 13
Kentucky Housing Corporation Board of Directors. 14
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 15
notification of its adoption to William Jones of Paducah, McCracken County, Kentucky, 16
and to Governor Andy Beshear, State Capitol, Room 100, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601. 17
