A RESOLUTION confirming the appointment of Michelle Snodgrass-Deimling to 1
the Personnel Board. 2
WHEREAS, on February 5, 2025, in accordance with KRS 18A.050 and by virtue 3
of Executive Order 2025-060, Governor Andy Beshear appointed Michelle Snodgrass-4
Diemling to the Personnel Board to replace Joseph Hardesty for a term expiring January 5
1, 2028; and 6
WHEREAS, the appointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 7
WHEREAS, Michelle Snodgrass-Diemling has been determined to meet the 8
requirements of KRS 18A.050; 9
NOW, THEREFORE, 10
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 11
Kentucky: 12
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the appointment of Michelle Snodgrass-13
Diemling to the Personnel Board. 14
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 15
notification of its adoption to Michelle Snodgrass-Diemling of Cold Spring, Campbell 16
County, Kentucky, and to Governor Andy Beshear, State Capitol, Room 100, Frankfort, 17
Kentucky 40601. 18
