A RESOLUTION confirming the appointment of Sara Ferguson to the Board of 1
Nursing. 2
WHEREAS, on November 13, 2024, in accordance with KRS 314.121 and by 3
virtue of Executive Order 2024-752, Governor Andy Beshear appointed Sara Ferguson to 4
the Board of Nursing for a term expiring June 30, 2028; and 5
WHEREAS, the appointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 6
WHEREAS, Sara Ferguson has been determined to meet the requirements of KRS 7
314.121, representing advanced practice registered nurses; 8
NOW, THEREFORE, 9
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 10
Kentucky: 11
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the appointment of Sara Ferguson to the 12
Board of Nursing. 13
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 14
notification of its adoption to Sara Ferguson of Union, Boone County, Kentucky, and to 15
Governor Andy Beshear, State Capitol, Room 100, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601. 16
