A RESOLUTION confirming the reappointment of Jana Bailey to the Board of 1
Nursing. 2
WHEREAS, on November 13, 2024, in accordance with KRS 314.121 and by 3
virtue of Executive Order 2024-752, Governor Andy Beshear reappointed Jana Bailey to 4
the Board of Nursing for a term expiring June 30, 2028; and 5
WHEREAS, the reappointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 6
WHEREAS, Jana Bailey has been determined to meet the requirements of KRS 7
314.121, representing registered nurses; 8
NOW, THEREFORE, 9
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 10
Kentucky: 11
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the reappointment of Jana Bailey to the 12
Board of Nursing. 13
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 14
notification of its adoption to Jana Bailey of Taylorsville, Spencer County, Kentucky, and 15
to Governor Andy Beshear, State Capitol, Room 100, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601. 16
