A RESOLUTION confirming the reappointment of Mike S. Stacy to the Standards 1
and Assessments Process Review Committee. 2
WHEREAS, on October 9, 2024, in accordance with KRS 158.6453 and by virtue 3
of Executive Order 2024-674, Governor Andy Beshear reappointed Mike S. Stacy to the 4
Standards and Assessments Process Review Committee for a term expiring May 27, 5
2028; and 6
WHEREAS, the reappointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 7
WHEREAS, Mike S. Stacy has been determined to meet the requirements of KRS 8
158.6453, representing school superintendents; 9
NOW, THEREFORE, 10
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 11
Kentucky: 12
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the reappointment of Mike S. Stacy to 13
the Standards and Assessments Process Review Committee. 14
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 15
notification of its adoption to Mike S. Stacy of Fort Mitchell, Kenton County, Kentucky, 16
and to Governor Andy Beshear, State Capitol, Room 100, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601. 17
