A RESOLUTION confirming the appointment of Jodi Wojcik to the Board of 1
Physicians and Advisors. 2
WHEREAS, on June 15, 2023, in accordance with KRS 218B.020, the Kentucky 3
Board of Nursing appointed Jodi Wojcik to the Board of Physicians and Advisors for a 4
term expiring June 15, 2027; and 5
WHEREAS, the appointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 6
WHEREAS, Jodi Wojcik has been determined to meet the requirements of KRS 7
218B.020, representing advanced practice registered nurses; 8
NOW, THEREFORE, 9
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 10
Kentucky: 11
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the appointment of Jodi Wojcik to the 12
Board of Physicians and Advisors. 13
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 14
notification of its adoption to Jodi Wojcik of Anchorage, Jefferson County, Kentucky, 15
and to the Kentucky Board of Nursing, 312 Whittingon Parkway, Suite 300, Louisville, 16
Kentucky 40222. 17
