A RESOLUTION confirming the reappointment of Grace-Nicole Danielle Burke to 1
the Standards and Assessments Process Review Committee. 2
WHEREAS, on October 9, 2024, in accordance with KRS 158.6453 and by virtue 3
of Executive Order 2024-674, Governor Andy Beshear reappointed Grace-Nicole 4
Danielle Burke to the Standards and Assessments Process Review Committee for a term 5
expiring May 27, 2028; and 6
WHEREAS, the reappointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 7
WHEREAS, Grace-Nicole Danielle Burke has been determined to meet the 8
requirements of KRS 158.6453, representing language arts teachers; 9
NOW, THEREFORE, 10
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 11
Kentucky: 12
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the reappointment of Grace-Nicole 13
Danielle Burke to the Standards and Assessments Process Review Committee. 14
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 15
notification of its adoption to Grace-Nicole Danielle Burke of Danville, Boyle County, 16
Kentucky, and to Governor Andy Beshear, State Capitol, Room 100, Frankfort, Kentucky 17
