Waddell	HB No. 1085
Abstract: Provides for a definition of "administrative control" with regard to nursing
education programs. Provides that administrative control shall be located in the
program head who works in an office located on the campus and shall not be deemed
to be located in another state solely because a nursing education program is
incorporated in another state.
Proposed law provides that "administrative control" for a nursing education program means
the responsibility for management and operation of the nursing education program rests with
the program head who works in an office located on the program's campus. Administrative
control shall not be deemed to be located in another state solely because the program is
incorporated in another state or is part of or receives funding from another legal entity that
is located in another state.
