AN ACT1
To repeal R.S. 40:1005(A)(5), relative to the Prescription Monitoring Program Advisory2
Council; to remove the president of the Louisiana State Board of Examiners of3
Psychologists from the Prescription Monitoring Program Advisory Council.4
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5
Section 1. R.S. 40:1005(A)(5) is hereby repealed in its entirety. 6
Section 2. The Louisiana State Law Institute is hereby authorized and directed to7
redesignate R.S. 40:1005(A)(6) through (25) as R.S. 40:1005(A)(5) through (24).8
