Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office, et al" AN ACT1 To appropriate funds out of the General Fund of the state of Louisiana for Fiscal Year 2010-2 2011 to be used to pay the consent judgment against the Department of3 Transportation and Development in the suit entitled "Dannie Conner and Gilbert4 Rollins v. Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office and Troy Gremillion"; and to provide for5 related matters.6 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:7 Section 1. The sum of Three Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty-Eight and 63/1008 ($3,928.63) Dollars is hereby appropriated out of the General Fund of the state of Louisiana9 for Fiscal Year 2010-2011 to be used to pay the consent judgment against the Department10 of Transportation and Development in the suit entitled "Dannie Conner and Gilbert Rollins11 v. Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office and Troy Gremillion", bearing Number 07-2586, Division12 "N-8", on the docket of the Civil District Court, parish of Orleans, state of Louisiana.13 Section 2.
