Regular Session, 2010 HOUSE BILL NO. 1321 BY REPRESENTATIVE MICHAEL JACKSON PROPERTY/RIGHTS: Provides for the right to utilize propane gas as an energy source AN ACT1 To enact R.S. 9:1105, relative to storage tanks; to provide for certain rights relative to the2 placement of certain storage tanks; and to provide for related matters.3 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:4 Section 1. R.S. 9:1105 is hereby enacted to read as follows:5 ยง1105. Storage tanks; right of use6 A property owner may place, install, or use storage tanks containing7 alternative gases, including but not limited to propane on his property to function as8 an energy source.
