Norman v. Roberto Cruz, et al" consolidated with "Harding Tatum and Pennie Tatum v. Fayer J. Norman, et al" AN ACT1 To appropriate funds out of the General Fund of the state of Louisiana for Fiscal Year 2010-2 2011 to be used to pay the consent judgment in the suit entitled "Fayer J. Norman3 v. Roberto Cruz, American International Insurance Company, State Farm Mutual4 Automobile Insurance Company, and the State of Louisiana, through the Department5 of Transportation and Development" consolidated with "Harding Tatum and Pennie6 Tatum v. Fayer J. Norman, Richard A. Norman, State Farm Mutual Automobile7 Insurance Company, State of Louisiana through the Department of Transportation8 and Development, Roberto Cruz, and American International Insurance Company";9 and to provide for related matters.10 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:11 Section 1. The sum of Twenty-Five Thousand and No/100 ($25,000.00) Dollars is12 hereby appropriated out of the General Fund of the state of Louisiana for Fiscal Year 2010-13 2011 to be used to pay the consent judgment in the suit entitled "Fayer J. Norman v. Roberto14 Cruz, American International Insurance Company, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance15 Company, and the State of Louisiana, through the Department of Transportation and16 Development" consolidated with "Harding Tatum and Pennie Tatum v. Fayer J. Norman,17 Richard A. Norman, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, State of Louisiana18 through the Department of Transportation and Development, Roberto Cruz, and American19 International Insurance Company", bearing Numbers 102-414 and 102-753, respectively,20 HLS 10RS-537 ORIGINAL HB NO. 176 Page 2 of 2 Division "B" on the docket of the Thirty-Fourth Judicial District Court, parish of St. Bernard,1 state of Louisiana.2 Section 2.
