Rayford and Janice A. Dzerve v. National Railroad Passenger Corporation, et al." AN ACT1 To appropriate funds out of the General Fund of the state of Louisiana for Fiscal Year 2010-2 2011 to be used to pay the consent judgment in the suit entitled "Shelton J. Rayford3 and Janice A. Dzerve v. National Railroad Passenger Corporation, AKA Amtrak,4 Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad Company, Sherwin J. Neal, Jr.; K 7 E5 Trucking Company, Ace Transportation, Inc., Lexington Mutual Insurance6 Company, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company; State of Louisiana, Department of7 Transportation and Development"; and to provide for related matters.8 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:9 Section 1. The sum of Seventy Thousand and No/100 ($70,000.00) Dollars is hereby10 appropriated out of the General Fund of the state of Louisiana for Fiscal Year 2010-2011 to11 be used to pay the consent judgment in favor of plaintiff, Janice A. Dzerve, in the suit12 entitled "Shelton J. Rayford and Janice A. Dzerve v.
