HLS 10RS-490 ORIGINAL Page 1 of 2 Regular Session, 2010 HOUSE BILL NO. 311 BY REPRESENTATIVE HARRISON APPROPRIATIONS: Provides funding to the Dept. of Education to implement Act 952 of the 2003 Regular Session relative to speech-language pathologists and audiologists AN ACT1 To appropriate funds out of the General Fund of the state of Louisiana for Fiscal Year 2010-2 2011 to the Department of Education for implementation of Act No. 952 of the 20033 Regular Session of the Legislature relative to speech-language pathologists and4 audiologists; to provide for an effective date; and to provide for related matters.5 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:6 Section 1. The sum of Four Million Fifty Thousand and No/100 ($4,050,000.00)7 Dollars is hereby appropriated out of the General Fund of the state of Louisiana for Fiscal8 Year 2010-2011 to 19-681 Department of Education, Subgrantee Assistance Program, to9 provide for full implementation of Act No. 952 of the 2003 Regular Session of the10 Legislature, providing a five-thousand-dollar-salary supplement to persons eligible for such11 supplement pursuant to the provisions of that Act.12 Section 2. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, this appropriation13 shall constitute full funding for implementation of Act No. 952 of the 2003 Regular Session14 of the Legislature.15 Section 3.
