ACT No. 92 Regular Session, 2010 HOUSE BILL NO. 313 BY REPRESENTATIVE GARY SMITH AN ACT1 To amend and reenact R.S. 3:2772(E)(introductory paragraph) and (G)(introductory2 paragraph), relative to kennel licenses; to provide for license fees; and to provide for3 related matters.4 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5 Section 1. R.S. 3:2772(E)(introductory paragraph) and (G)(introductory paragraph)6 are hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows: 7 ยง2772. Dog, cat, and kennel licenses fee and certificate; records8 * * *9 E. The owner or keeper of five or more dogs may procure a kennel license10 and pay a kennel license fee in lieu of the individual dog licenses and license fees11 provided for herein. The governing body of each municipality or parish, may by12 ordinance, fix the sum to be paid annually for the kennel license fee, which sum shall13 not be more than be a minimum of:14 * * *15 G.
