Regular Session, 2010 HOUSE BILL NO. 607 BY REPRESENTATIVE ROY ELDERLY: Aurthorizes banks or their affiliates to report suspected crimes to certain agencies AN ACT1 To enact R.S. 6:333(A)(13) and (F)(17), relative to adult protective services; to provide for2 a definition; to authorize banks and their affiliates to report certain suspected crimes3 to enforcement agencies; and to provide for relative matters.4 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5 Section 1. R.S. 6:333(A)(13) and (F)(17) are hereby enacted to read as follows:6 ยง333. Disclosure of financial records; reimbursement of costs7 A. As used in this Section:8 * * *9 (13) "Adult protective agency" means any of the following:10 (a) The office of elderly affairs within the office of the governor.11 (b) The office of aging and adult services within the Department of Health12 and Hospitals.13 * * *14 F.
