The La. Dept. of Transportation and Development, et al" AN ACT1 To appropriate funds out of the General Fund of the state of Louisiana for Fiscal Year 2010-2 2011 to be used to pay the consent judgment in the suit entitled "James Paul3 Huddleston v. the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development and4 Russell Corporation"; and to provide for related matters.5 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:6 Section 1. The sum of Thirteen Thousand Five Hundred and No/100 ($13,500.00)7 Dollars is hereby appropriated out of the General Fund of the state of Louisiana for Fiscal8 Year 2010-2011 to be used to pay the consent judgment in the suit entitled "James Paul9 Huddleston v. the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development and Russell10 Corporation", bearing Number 78,763 "E" on the docket of the Fifteenth Judicial District11 Court, parish of Acadia, state of Louisiana.12 Section 2.
