Regular Session, 2010 ENROLLED SENATE BILL NO. 188 BY SENATOR AMEDEE AN ACT1 To amend and reenact R.S. 26:82(A)(2), relative to requirements for the issuance of2 wholesale alcoholic beverage permits; to provide for requirements of delivery3 equipment; and to provide for related matters.4 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5 Section 1. R.S. 26:82(A)(2) is hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows: 6 ยง82. Issuance of wholesale permit 7 A. No wholesale permit shall be issued or held after issuance by any person8 unless at all times he meets the standards set forth as follows: 9 * * *10 (2) Maintains delivery equipment which shall be leased, or owned, or and11 dedicated to his primary use for the distribution and delivery of alcoholic12 beverages.
