FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS. Repeals credit union exemptions from the Louisiana
Consumer Credit Law and Louisiana Motor Vehicle Sales Finance Act.  (8/15/10)
AN ACT1
To repeal R.S. 6:969.3(5) and R.S. 9:3512(5), relative to credit union exemptions; to repeal2
credit union exemption from the Louisiana Motor Vehicle Sales Act; to repeal credit3
union exemption from the Louisiana Consumer Credit Law; and to provide for4
related matters.5
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:6
Section 1.  R.S. 6:969.3(5) is hereby repealed.7
Section 2.  R.S. 9:3512(5) is hereby repealed.8
