CAMPAIGN FINANCE. Provides that the attorney general is to prosecute felony violations

AN ACT1
To enact Code of Criminal Procedure Art. 62(D), relative to the authority of the attorney2
general; to provide for the exclusive prosecution of campaign finance laws; and to3
provide for related matters.4
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5
Section 1. Code of Criminal Procedure Art. 62(D) is hereby enacted to read as6
follows: 7
Art. 62. Authority of attorney general; supervision of district attorney8

D. The attorney general shall institute and prosecute felony criminal10
