(gov sig) AN ACT1 To enact R.S. 37:775(13), relative to the practice of dentistry; to provide for advertisements2 by dentists; to provide for disclosure requirements in advertisements; and to provide3 for related matters.4 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5 Section 1. R.S. 37:775(13) is hereby enacted to read as follows: 6 ยง775. Whether the advertisement is run by the corporation, company,4 association, limited liability company, or trade name, or any individual member5 practicing therein, all dentists practicing in, with or under the corporation,6 company, association, limited liability company, or trade name shall be7 responsible for the content of the advertisement.8 Section 2. This Act shall become effective upon signature by the governor or, if not9 signed by the governor, upon expiration of the time for bills to become law without signature10 by the governor, as provided by Article III, Section 18 of the Constitution of Louisiana.
