LOCAL AGENCIES. Provides that the New Orleans Civil Service Commission shall hold

AN ACT1
To enact R.S. 33:2590, relative to New Orleans; to provide with respect to the public2
meetings of the New Orleans Civil Service Commission; and to provide for related3
matters.4
Notice of intention to introduce this Act has been published.5
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:6
Section 1. R.S. 33:2590 is hereby enacted to read as follows: 7
ยง2590. City of New Orleans Civil Service Commission; public meetings8
Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, the New9
Orleans Civil Service Commission shall hold its public meetings in the New10
Orleans City Council chambers.11 SB NO. 356
