Authorizes the LSU Health Sciences Center to maximize the use of affiliation agreements with other hospitals in order to maximize the use of Medicare graduate medical education monies. (8/15/10) AN ACT1 To enact R.S. 17:1519.18, relative to the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center;2 to provide for the use of affiliation agreements which seek to maximize the use of3 Medicare graduate medical education financing; and to provide for related matters.4 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5 Section 1. R.S. 17:1519.18 is hereby enacted to read as follows: 6 ยง1519.18.
