Regular Session, 2010 ENROLLED SENATE BILL NO. 473 BY SENATOR LONG AN ACT1 To amend and reenact R.S. 56:649.4, relative to nonresident combination lifetime hunting2 and fishing licenses; to provide for the purchase of certain combination licenses for3 veterans who have been wounded or disabled; to provide requirements, terms, and4 conditions; and to provide for related matters.5 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:6 Section 1. R.S. 56:649.4 is hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows: 7 ยง649.4. Nonresident combination lifetime hunting and fishing license 8 A. Any nonresident may obtain a combination lifetime hunting and fishing9 license which shall entitle the licensee to all of the privileges of both the lifetime10 hunting and lifetime sports fishing licenses provided for in R.S. 56:649.1 and 649.2.11 The fee for the nonresident combination lifetime license shall be three thousand12 dollars.13 B.(1) Any nonresident veteran of the armed forces of the United States14 or a reserve component, including the National Guard, who has a permanent15 service-connected disability classification of fifty percent or more, may obtain16 a combination lifetime hunting and fishing license which shall entitle the17 licensee to all of the privileges of both the lifetime hunting and lifetime sports18 fishing licenses provided for in R.S. 56:649.1 and 649.2.
