AN ACT1
To amend and reenact R.S. 15:1352(A)(12) and to enact R.S. 15:1352(A)(20) through (29),2
relative to "racketeering activity"; to provide for inclusion of additional enumerated3
crimes to the definition of "racketeering activity"; and to provide for related matters.4
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:5
Section 1. R.S. 15:1352(12) is hereby amended and reenacted and R.S.6
15:1352(A)(20) through (29) are enacted to read as follows: 7
ยง1352. Definitions 8
As used in this Chapter: 9
A. "Racketeering activity" means committing, attempting to commit,10
conspiring to commit, or soliciting, coercing, or intimidating another person to11
commit any crime which is punishable under the following provisions of Title 14 of12
the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 or the Uniform Controlled Dangerous13
Substances Law, or the Louisiana Securities Law:14
